SouvenirBox is an online event platform that allows sharing photos, videos, polls, and discussions in a private and secure space.

2. Creating a space

By creating a space, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (name, email)
• Be responsible for the content shared in your space
• Not use the service for illegal or abusive purposes

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Starter: free, limited features
• Premium (€9/mo) and Pro (€29/mo): monthly billing via Stripe or PayPal
• Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period
• No partial refunds for early cancellation

4. Personal Data

We only collect data necessary for the service:

• Name and email: for identification and communication
• Photos and videos: securely stored on our servers in Switzerland
• IP address: for security and abuse prevention

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Hosting & Security

• Servers hosted in Switzerland 🇨🇭
• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Password-protected spaces
• Regular data backups

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you share. SouvenirBox claims no rights over your photos, videos, or messages. You can delete your content at any time.

7. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your space and all associated data by emailing hello@souvenirbox.app. Deletion is completed within 48 hours.

8. Cookies

SouvenirBox only uses essential cookies (session, authentication). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
